Hydrokinetic Therapy ("we", "our", "us") provides swimming pool maintenance, swimming coaching, lifeguard and event safety services, therapeutic and sports massage, physical therapy, hydrotherapy and personal training in and around Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
Booking requests
When you book a session we collect your name, email address, phone number, the location where you'd like the service, the services, date and time you choose, the number of people, and any notes you add. This is saved on our website so we can manage your booking.
New client form
Before massage, therapy or rehabilitation sessions we ask for your name, contact details, address, date of birth, place of work, your treatment goals, and relevant health information (such as medical conditions, surgeries, implants, pregnancy and skin conditions). We collect health information only so we can choose safe techniques for you.
Messages you send us
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Technical information
Our website uses essential cookies to keep the site secure and working (for example to protect forms from misuse). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. WhatsApp
When you submit a booking, our website opens WhatsApp with a message containing your booking details, addressed to our business number. The message is only sent if you choose to send it. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is only seen by our team members who need it to serve you. We may share information if the law requires it, or in an emergency to protect someone's health or safety.
6. How we protect and keep it
Booking and client form records are stored on our website and can only be viewed by logged-in staff. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
For swimming lessons and other services for children, bookings and forms should be completed by a parent or guardian.
